Platters are hired and must be returned within 5 days of the function date.
• Staff charges (minimum 3 hours)
Caterer to attend and prepare food on site for function $15.00 per hour
Waitstaff $14 per hour each
• Crockery, glassware, cutlery, hot water urns etc can be hired for a fee. Please contact Peta to discuss any additional items you may need and to obtain a quotation.
Terms and Conditions –
• At least three weeks notice would be appreciated when first discussing the placement of an order.
• Final numbers and menu to be finalised at least a week prior to function date.
• Minimum order of $150.00
• 25% deposit is to be paid at time of order by either cash or bank transfer. This may be waived at caterers discretion.
• The balance of the order is to be paid in cash or cheque (made payable to “Peta Groundwater”) at the time of pick up or delivery.
• Delivery fee - $10 North Shore/Hills District
$15 Northern Beaches
$15 Sydney CBD
• Delivery fee on the North Shore will be waived for orders over $500.00.
• Pick up from Pymble is available.
• A cancellation within 48 hours of the event may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Staff and equipment can be hired for functions. A quote will be given during consultation.
• We ask that platters and containers please be returned to Pymble within 5 days of the function date otherwise a replacement fee of $10 per item will be charged.
• If you have any specific requirements or requests we love a challenge and are happy to work with you in making your function a ‘Sweet Fling’.
